Announce: Victoria Linux Users Group Monthly Meeting

Where:	University Of Victoria - CRB C124

Howdy all.  The next monthly meeting of the Victoria Linux Users Group (VLUG) 
will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 1998.  Please note that we are
utilizing new digs this month, because there are too many of us.  See
below for details on the new locale.

This month we have a special guest, Deryk Barker of Camosun College is going
to give us a little presentation on GNU Emacs, a popular editor on UNIX
systems.  There will also be a chance for new and experienced users to pick
other brains for answers.  We also have much to talk about:

	- Next InstallFest.
	- New VLUG Website/Server.
	- VLUG Incorporaton.
	- Making membership more 'official'.
	- World domination.
